Shipping Rate
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.95 within the United States. Orders over $95 ship free.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
Exchanges
Return shipping is free for exchanges, and we cover the cost to ship the replacement item to you.
Free exchange shipping applies only when all returned items are being exchanged. If any item in the return is refunded instead of exchanged, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, but replacement items for exchanges will still ship free.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Shoes returned with visible wear or damage may not qualify for a refund.
We recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide before ordering, as excessive returns or multiple-size orders may be subject to review.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label with instructions.
If a return includes a refund, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Orders that received a promotion or discount (including our “Buy 2+ pairs in the same size and save 10%” offer) must still meet the promotion requirements after a return. If returning items causes the order to no longer qualify for the promotion, the original discount will be deducted from the refund.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. If the carrier tracking shows that the package was delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the delivery.
