Refund policy

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your package must be dropped off and scanned by USPS within that 7-day period.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging. Shoes showing visible wear, damage, or signs of use may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

A $6.95 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges when using our prepaid USPS return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement pair to you free of charge.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request may not be accepted. Please use our Return Portal and follow the instructions provided by email.
